Kilnstone is a Yorkshire trading house held closely, answered personally, and taken up by a short list of practices and merchants who prefer to correspond with the principal rather than the switchboard. Enquiries are opened, quoted and closed by the same hand. Prices are kept in sterling, terms in English law, and the name on our letterhead is a company you may look up in Cardiff before a pound is placed with us. We do not court the whole trade; we keep faith with the part of it that writes to us. Those who have found their way to this page are, by that fact alone, already halfway known to the house.
